All medical services provided through the platform are governed by the laws of India. Services are provided exclusively by Registered Medical Practitioners holding valid Indian medical licenses.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and sensitive health data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules governing Sensitive Personal Data or Information.

By accessing or using our services, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and sensitive personal data for preventive health review and medical continuity purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

My Health File provides:

  • Digital organization and structured management of medical records

  • Preventive annual health review services

  • Compilation and structuring of existing medication history

  • Review and structured medical opinion summaries

  • Coordination of diagnostic testing through accredited third-party laboratories

  • Optional in-person home consultation services

The Company does not operate its own diagnostic laboratory.

Medical assessments and opinion summaries are advisory and preventive in nature and are not a substitute for emergency medical care, hospitalization, or ongoing treatment under a treating physician.

5. Medical Opinion & Disclaimer

Medical opinion summaries provided through the platform:

  • Are based solely on the information and reports shared by the patient

  • Are advisory and preventive in nature

  • Do not replace emergency medical care

  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical medical decisions without consulting a treating physician

In case of a medical emergency, users must immediately contact the nearest hospital or emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, the Company’s liability arising out of or related to the services provided shall be limited in accordance with governing Indian laws.

6. Laboratory Services

Diagnostic tests are conducted by accredited third-party laboratories.

The Company:

  • Does not operate its own laboratory

  • Does not independently modify laboratory findings

  • Receives reports for structured review and preventive assessment

Partner laboratories may have their own privacy policies governing test processing and sample handling.

7. In-Person Consultation

Where home consultation services are provided:

  • Prior informed consent is obtained

  • Medical notes are documented securely

  • Records form part of the patient’s digital file

All in-person services are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian medical regulations.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel

Medical records and consultation documentation may be retained for a minimum period as required under applicable Indian medical and legal regulations.

Users may authorize family members or representatives to access their medical records.

Such access is granted strictly based on patient consent and may be revoked at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Where payments are made by international family members (NRIs), payment processing is handled through secure third-party processors.

Regardless of the payer’s location, the patient receiving services remains subject exclusively to Indian medical jurisdiction and laws.
