Refund policy

1. Nature of Services

My Health File provides preventive health review and medical continuity services, including digital record structuring, medical opinion summaries, laboratory coordination, and optional home consultations.

These are professional healthcare services and not physical goods.

Accordingly, traditional product return policies do not apply.

2. No Returns

As the Company does not sell physical goods, returns are not applicable.

3. Refund Policy for Services

All payments made for preventive health review and consultation services are non-refundable once the service process has commenced.

Service commencement includes, but is not limited to:

  • Medical case intake

  • Review of uploaded medical documents

  • Scheduling or conducting consultation

  • Initiation of laboratory coordination

  • Generation of medical opinion summary

Once any of the above activities have begun, the service is deemed to have commenced.

4. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Payment processed but service not initiated

  • Cancellation requested before any review or coordination has begun

Such requests will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the Company.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable period through the original mode of payment.

5. Laboratory Services

Payments made toward laboratory testing are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective partner laboratory.

The Company is not responsible for laboratory-specific refund decisions once sample collection has occurred.

6. Home Consultation

If a scheduled home consultation is canceled:

  • At least 24 hours prior: rescheduling may be allowed.

  • Less than 24 hours prior: refund may not be applicable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks after services have commenced.

In case of wrongful chargeback attempts, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend services

  • Recover costs associated with dispute handling

  • Pursue legal remedies
